Have you ever seen an image from someone's milestone, or maybe even your own and can feel the emotion behind it? Well, that feeling is the kind that I want every client to feel after their session or event with me. The purpose of images are to capture a moment in time. A moment in which you can't go back. A moment where time stood still and all you can remember is all the emotions rushing back from that very moment the image was taken. That is all I long for with my clients. I want them to feel nothing but happiness when they look at their photos. Whether that be a family shoot, a wedding or even a senior graduation. I want you and everyone else that sees your image to feel moved by the images I have the great honor of capturing.

I've always been one to question why we do certain things we do. Weddings are no exception. Whether you plan your big day to celebrate with 100 people, 50 people, or just you and your partner, Clear Mountain Photography is a big advocate for making your best day ever YOUR best day ever. Make it your own. I was thrilled when Ashley and Jeff reached out to me to shoot their intimate mountain elopement at Lily Lake in our beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. Ashley and Jeff wanted to say their vows privately, get some amazing shots in Rocky Mountain National Park, and then PARTY with their friends and family in Northern Colorado!

After your wedding day is over, there are still some important items you’ll want be sure to have on your “To-Do” list, such as sending out ‘thank you’ notes, selecting and sharing your favorite weddings pics, and changing your last name. One of the most important things to take care of after your wedding is what to do with your wedding dress.

Newborn photography has always been my passion. I love babies. I mean, who doesn’t?! The way they move and make noise to the way they smell and just are so curly and tiny. Even their newborn cries are sweet sounds to me. Capturing these precious, fleeting moments are so important because we all know how fast life goes by.

One of the best parts of being wedding planners is that it’s impossible to get bored. Every couple we work with is unique and no two weddings are alike. Our goal is to make your event run like a well-oiled machine, so you can be present and enjoy every moment of this special day, but we also love helping our clients take their mountain of ideas and make them a reality.

I have always been a dog person. As a little girl, I would bring home any stray dog I found, begging my mother to let me keep them. I was raised in a household with 8 dogs, each of them special in their own way. As a photographer, I wanted to bring that love of dogs into my work.

From weddings, to retirement parties, launches, and book events, I love making occasions, special. Hi, I am Micole. When I was a child, ( was often asked what I would do when I grow up. Without hesitation, I would always answer, "I want to become a great artist." At that time, I had no idea I eventually became a professional photographer and founded Kurty Photography.
