Hi I’m Nina the owner of Nina Bashaw Photography, wife of 14years to an amazing man and mom to two spoiled fur babies. Although I have been professionally shooting weddings and portraits for six years, my passion for photography started when I was a young child with a film camera. Even though I shoot digital now, film is what made me fall in love with photography and it created my love and appreciation for prints. My other passion is people! Although I was born and raised a southern girl, my husband and I have lived in various cities around the country and I've learned that the most fascinating part is always the people.

I love capturing the special moments of families with children, teens preparing for graduating or couples getting married. Through whatever special moment in life you want to capture, my goal is to capture your best angles and most genuine smiles.  I have spent years developing my skills as a portrait and wedding photographer. One thing I spent a great deal of time on is studying and perfecting the art of posing, it is what I am best at. I pride myself on being able to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera while I guide you through the posing process.  I would consider my shooting and editing style as classic and timeless. I spend a great deal of time during the culling and editing process so that you can see the best version of yourself through my lens. I want you to love your images for a lifetime and tell your story though photos. You tell me your vision and I will work hard to bring it to life!

Thank you so much for stopping by and reading this blog. I can't wait to hear from you! www.ninabashaw.com

Hello!  I’m Kimberly of Kimberly Cauble Photography.  I’m a wife, mommy, full-time teacher, and wedding/portrait photographer!  I’ve had my part-time photography business for a little over five years now, but I’ve been taking photos since I was a youngster in the 80s (my Cabbage Patch Kids were my first models!).  This might date me a bit, but my first camera was a Kodak 110 with drop-in film cartridges, and then I had a couple of 35mm film cameras (I lost my first flipping over a canoe!). In college I moved onto digital photography with a Sony Cybershot 3.2 (Wow, how things have changed!).  Now I’m shooting digital photography with a Nikon d700 and d810.

Hello! I am Tiffany Jackson and I own two successful small business'. My photography business is  Jackson Signature Photography and my wedding planning business is Joy Filled Occasions.  I am a nine-year wedding and high school senior portrait photographer based in the Pittsburgh area, but I serve clients both nationally and internationally. I am happily married to the boy that spent two years pursuing me while I was under the impression that he had only wanted to be friends the whole time. Three years ago we brought home our little bundle of fur (and joy), our Golden, Duke and bought our first home. The house is a fixer-upper but it's the cutest little Cape Cod with a navy blue front door - my favorite color. Now, together, as Jackson Signature Photography, we photograph weddings as a husband and wife team.

Hey there! I'm Jillian Banks of Backyard Photography.  I chose that name for my business because I love the outdoors and I love using natural light with all its glory.  I started photography way back when in high school but was a late bloomer and didn't start doing it professionally until about three years ago. I think people choose me for not only the way I use light but my laid back personality.  I'm a silly person, and I'll do anything to make my clients laugh so that I can capture their true smile.

Hi!  My name is Corrie and I own Corrie Barto Photography, a natural light boutique senior portrait studio in McKinney, TX just north of Dallas. I was so excited to be contacted by Basic Invite to share my favorite senior session on their blog!  Their invites and other products are just amazing, and I'm thrilled to be connected with such an awesome company.

Hi, Friends!

My name is Alyssa Jeandron, owner and photographer of Alyssa Grace Photography. I have been capturing the memories of Dallas/Fort Worth families since 2010 and I'm proud to provide my clients with high-quality products that will last not only one but many lifetimes. I strive to create a memorable and pleasant experience for every client as we preserve their life's most precious moments. The Dallas/ Fort Worth area is an amazing place to live as a photographer, we have access to so many sides of the cultural spectrum. One day, I may find myself photographing an engaged couple in the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards, the next a beautiful wedding in the surrounding countryside, and yet again I could be in the heart of Dallas - urban, modern, and beautiful. I love that I can accommodate the taste and individuality of my clients for all stages of life.

It has taken me almost 11 years to find my style of shooting but I think the reason I'm hired most is because people love my candid-like, natural and romantic style of photography. They see photos of couples looking at each other, laughing and being playful. I especially love this style of shooting in engagement photography. I feel like a wedding day gives permission to be a little more formal, although I definitely bring out the playfulness of a bride and groom as well. But a couple who have recently gotten engaged still have stars in their eyes. They are madly and sometimes newly in love. They're still in the PDA phase that makes their family and friends want to gag. ;)

Romantic, cascading florals. Geometric shapes and accents. Hand-lettered calligraphy done by the bride herself. Soft gray ombre tones. These are just a few of the details that made Jon & Emily's fall wedding so beautiful and unique.
