A little about us

Hello. My name is Tanya, my husband Harry and I are wedding photographers based in the gorgeous North Carolina mountains. A part from Wedding photography we are outdoor lovers, avid coffee drinkers and parents to our three ankle biters. We love people and getting to know their stories. We love capturing every part of a wedding day. And not only that, but investing our time and energy creating images that our couples will never forget.

I was in middle school when I found my grandfather's Canon AE-1, and the dream was sparked. From the moment I put film in that camera I was hooked. Since then I worked for a sports photography company all through high school and college. After graduating with a fine arts degree in 2007, I started McSween Photography with my husband Harry. We teamed up to start the company in 2010, and have loved every minute photographing our couples.

Hello! We are Brenda and Brandi of Honey Love Photography! We have been best friends since
7th grade and have always shared a mutual love for photography.

One of our favorite childhood memories is having photo shoots together with disposable cameras, going to a One-Hour Photo service to have them developed, and then sitting and laughing at all of the ridiculous poses and faces we made together. Fast-forward 17 years later and here we still are—sharing our love of photography and creativity together and helping capture the most important moments in people’s lives. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to capture such special moments for our clients and we hope that they will look back on these photos in 17+ years with a smile on their face as well.

One of the things I love most about being a Virginia Wedding Photographer is that there are so many amazing places all across the state to get married. We have the Blue Ridge Mountains and we have the coastline. We even have the nation's capitol right up north.

If you have never been to Georgetown, you are missing out! Washington D.C. is full of awesome places to visit and Georgetown is one of the most perfect neighborhoods in the area. It offers amazing architecture and history. I loved being able to travel up for this gorgeous wedding that took place at The Avery and Dumbarton House in Georgetown. Being a Lynchburg wedding photographer, I love being able to travel across the state to capture some of the most beautiful weddings. I feel so lucky and humbled each time. This day was nothing short of perfect.

It is truly difficult to select a favorite wedding or session from our years of experience, as wedding photographers you become intimately close with your couples, which makes every wedding special in their own way. The people, the gown, the venue, the look in their eyes as they say, “I do”. They’re all a monumental moments!

Recently we photographed a wedding in Sedona, Arizona at L’Auberge. The venue is exquisite and these two wonderful people have become great friends to us. Their wedding was blissful and perfect.

I've been taking pictures of happy humans since I was twelve years old, and have been pursuing my passion as a business for three years now. 

Hey everyone, I'm Wendy Jarrell, the creative mind behind WJP. I have always had a passion for preserving memories of family and friends. Growing up, my Mom had a camera out at every family event and I still love browsing through old albums. When I had a family of my own, I began taking more and more photos. My three children kept me busy with tons of practice at all of their various activities. My hobby soon became a second job, one that brings me such joy!

Hello there! My name is Samantha Reynolds, but you can call me Sam, and I am the owner/photographer of Moria' Photography (More-ray; my middle name) based in Kentucky. I love to travel for weddings, so don't let my southern roots stop you from sending a shout out!

I specialize in weddings and engagements, but I'm known to throw in a random senior or newborn session as well. I'm a fun, off-the-wall, energetic photographer and I will do just about anything for a natural smile! My clients nearly always leave their session with a grin across their faces.

We tell love stories. Real, genuine stories. There's a reason we get excited and gushy about love: it's beautiful! Love is something we can all relate to. It's something we all crave. The reason we are so passionate about what we do is because we truly believe in spreading love. Always.

Hello there beautiful people! My name is Sidney Baker-Green, but you can call me Sid! I'm a destination wedding and portrait photographer based in the great cities of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Daytona Beach, Florida! Outside of wedding photography, I am a dreamer planner. My first dream since the age of three was to become a pilot. Last year around this time, 16 years later, that dream became a reality. My current goal is to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games in Los Angles in the Mens 3 meter springboard diving event! I'm a dog dad to a pup named Aladdin. My I have a love for brownies, but my athletic goals make me keep my intake in check. My hobbies include inspiring others to chase what their hearts truly desire, and to inspire love in my broken generation, one image at a time. When you book a wedding with me, my goal is not to be just your photographer, but also to become your best friend. I help every step of the way where ever I can, from planning to contacting vendors and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible on your special day.

Hi there, my name is Mandy Whitley, Nashville Pet Photographer and I love animals! I am passionate about both photography and animals of all kinds, so there’s no surprise that my photography business is all about capturing “pets and their people.” One of my favorite parts about my work is that I get to see the way animals bring out the best in people.
