Hey friend! My name is Toni, Owner and Lead Photographer of Toni Marie Photography based right outside of Philadelphia, PA. I've been photographing weddings, elopements, and couples all over the country since I was a sophomore in high school, so if you're doing the math, I've had my photography business longer than I've had a driver's license! I haven't stopped capturing love stories since I was that 16 year old high schooler because of how much I deeply love serving my clients through this incredible job.
I want to share with you today one of my more recent and favorite shoots to date; this styled boho- chic wedding in Doylestown, PA. If you know me on a personal level, you'll know I have MANY different styles; But I have to say, every element of this styled wedding feels like a piece of me because I just adore this style. Warm, neutral tones, shades of oranges, slightly vintage yet still chic and elegant, white walls, a mix of fresh and dries florals, boho flares- I just love this vibe.
Hey there y'all! My name is Angela and I am the owner and the lady behind the lens over at Studio Masters. I am based out of Overland Park, Kansas (Metro Kansas City) but I often travel for weddings. You can read more about me and why I do what I do (hint, I take A LOT of pictures) over on my bio page, so I won't bore you with the details here. Basic Invite asked me to guest blog about my favorite session and I know exactly which one comes to mind. This past October, I shot a sweetheart engagement session at Lake Jacomo for my wedding clients, Renee and Jeff so keep scrolling so you can see for yourself exactly why it was so fabulous!
Hi there! I'm Heather, a Southeast Michigan wedding and portrait photographer. When I was asked to share one of my favorite sessions, I admit I had to think long and hard - there is something special about each and every person I photograph and it's not easy to choose a favorite.
Hey there! I’m Nikki from Whatnot Shop Photography in Cleveland, and I happily capture lovely couples and families in Northeast Ohio. I LOVE love, and enjoy working with couples to realize their dreams and to preserve one of the happiest days of their life in images. This was definitely the case with an amazing couple, Sarah and Andrew. After meeting Sarah for the first time, with her infectious smile and genuine personality, I knew I simply had to photograph their wedding! Lucky for me, she agreed! The details she enthusiastically shared during our meeting came to life at her aunt and uncle’s multi-generational organic family farm. County Line Farm in Wadsworth, Ohio set the stage for the special day!Â
One of the reasons we at Sheena Shahangian Photography love photographing adventure elopements and small weddings is that they really allow a couple to have a wedding day that truly feels like "them." Their day is no longer dictated by the rules of the wedding industry and they have the freedom to customize a wedding that looks however they want it to. And beyond that, elopements give couples a level of privacy and adventure that might not be possible at all with a large, traditional wedding. We love this Mt Rainier wedding in particular because it accomplishes exactly that.
"Hello, this is Kay Jewelers." I saw his face go completely red. "IÂ can't talk right now" he said. "That's fine. I was calling to let you know your ring is ready to be picked up." "Ok bye!" He put the phone down, looked over at me and said, "please tell me you didn't hear anything." I was so excited, I couldn't contain it and we both started laughing. He asked me if I wanted to go pick it up and of course I said yes!"Â
Photography is something that I knew from a young age was my calling. When I shoot, I like to think that I don’t just photograph subjects - I photograph the feeling and moment in all it's trueness. This gives an honest feel to each and every wedding that encompasses your day and your story in a real and authentic way. I also think that it's so important to keep things comfortable, natural, candid and fun so that i can capture every genuine moment in that unique time and space. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
I’m Ashley owner of Ashley Halas Photography LLC, I specialize in capturing families, babies and intimate weddings and events throughout New Jersey. I was gifted my first DSLR camera at 14 years old and have never put a camera down since. I always hoped to one day become a photographer but for many years I held several jobs until I finally decided to start my own business. Fast forward 4 years and I’m now married to my high school sweetheart and we just welcomed our first child into our world back in December. I cook, bake and try to make everything in my life beautiful. I get to work with hundreds of families capturing their laughter and love while documenting dozens of their special events every year.
These images illustrate why being a wedding photographer in NYC offers such a great experience for myself; I receive emails continually from people around the world who are coming to NYC to have a destination wedding. Also, there is such a depth of diverse religions and cultures even diversity within each religion who reside here. I believe this is unequal to anywhere in the world, one of the reasons I am so lucky to be based in New York City as a wedding photographer. Photographers in small towns go to the same houses of worship and the few wedding venues in the community, even small cities there would be much redundancy after a few years of work. Here in NYC staying visually fresh and experiencing new cultures and venues is just a natural way of life!
