My name is Erika and I am young photographer that loves to travel, meet new friends and enjoy life. I am a free spirited and passionate person, especially with things that bring me happiness. Whether it’s diving 30 feet underwater, riding my motorcycle or getting lost in my photography but for the most part coffee and tacos do the trick. To me, photography is an art form that takes me to new places, allows me to have new experiences and express my creativity to its fullest.

I’d always known I wanted to be a photographer for as long as I can remember.  When I was 8 years old, I got my first camera - a green plastic 110!  I got right to work, setting up fashion shoots for anyone who would model for me. Barbie and Ken took direction very well and posed however I asked, but weren’t very expressive.  Soon after I enlisted my younger cousin Amy, dressing her up in anything we thought was pretty or funny or interesting. I’ve always loved working with models and enjoyed shooting individual scenes.

As a kid, I'd add characters to my Dr. Seuss books, color on our kitchen walls, and one time in first grade I got in trouble for stealing a coloring sheet. I was very passionate about art. As I grew older, I expanded from crayons and coloring sheets, and tried new art mediums like knitting and ceramics. But I knew I'd found something special when I first got my hands on a point-and-shoot camera at 14. Wherever I went, that camera came with me. I took pictures of everything from vacations, to friends at school, to nature. Later at 18, I got my first DSLR, had my first paying clients, and started Rachel Malek Photography.

Hi I am Sarosh. I am a Fashion and Wedding Photographer based in Washington DC Metro Area. I was born in a beautiful place called Kashmir, India. Kashmir is a place of beautiful simplicity and pristine natural beauty. Kashmir has a variety of terrains ranging from lakes, snow-capped mountains, coniferous kissed hills to glacier fed rivers. Its famous for its handicrafts, woolen shawls, apples, saffron and cultural diversity.
