Happy Friday everyone! This turned out to be quite a busy week in our Love vs. Design office. We just added samples for all our wedding save the dates and invitations, the new postcards save the dates just launched and its already time for another.

This is the 12th Printable and its funny how these things always come down to the last minute to design, shoot, upload and blog. Today we came up with a DIY Ribbons Congratulations Kit, which includes 2 congratulation cards, 2 gift tags and 1 sleeve. This kit can come in handy for so many occasions, such as your close friends engagement party, your sisters baby shower or your brothers graduation.

Hello beautiful readers of the Basic Invite blog!  My name is Jessica Charles.  I'm a wedding photographer based in gorgeous Greenville, SC.  I actually recently moved here from St. Petersburg, FL.  Traded the beach for the mountains & loving every moment!  I'm very excited to start shooting mountain weddings.  But I shot some stunning weddings in Florida, too.  This wedding was taken place at the historic Vinoy Renaissance.  And Elissa & Brandon are one of two of my favorite couples.  Not only do they have amazing style, but their whole wedding day was filled with emotion.

What I really love about weddings is the emotions through out the day.  You start out anxious, then when you see your bride/groom, you get emotional.  Then rest of the wedding you have the time of your lives with the people who matter most to you.  The whole day is a whirlwind, but it's important to be in the moment and breathe.  Take it all in!  And don't be afraid to cry.  If you hire

I can't remember a time when I didn't have a camera in my hand!  What began as a hobby as a teenager, quickly turned into a passion for creating beautiful artwork - and Jill Grove Photography was born!  I have always enjoyed the thrill of capturing and freezing a moment in time and being able to experience the same emotions even years after the moment has passed.  In my sessions, I prefer less traditional poses and more natural settings...to capture life and moments as they happen.  SO, when a couple contacted me and asked if I would be interested in photographing their child's birth, I jumped at the chance!!  I had never photographed a birth session before, but it fits perfectly with my photo-journalistic style and approach, and I was so excited!  We set up a meeting to discuss expectations and styles and discovered we were already on the same page - it was a match made in heaven!  They called me to the hospital when the time came and I set up in a corner of the room to capture

Hello, my name is Laura Messer, the owner of Laura Messer Photography. Before pursuing photography, I earned my degree in Administrative Office Technology and later became a licensed insurance agent.  My husband, Micah, and I have been married for nine years, and we have two energetic boys, Kaleb and Mark, who are six and four. We also have two huge Great Pyrenees Mountain dogs, Sarge and Sadie, and two sweet cats, Callie and Precious.  We’re very active as a family in both our local church and school. We attend Victory Tabernacle in Villa Rica, and our sons’ attend King’s Way Christian School in Douglasville.

Like many other photographers, I started photography as a hobby in 2012, when my husband won a Best Buy gift card for his outstanding job performance.  Being the thoughtful person that he is, he gave me the gift card and I purchased my first Nikon D3200 camera. Previously, I used my iPhone camera (like a lot of moms do) to capture candid moments of my two boys or snap pictures

My name is Missy Fant from Missy Fant Photography.

Taking pictures started as a hobby of mine when my husband bought me a DSLR around the time my daughter was one year old. What we both didn't know at the time was how much it would change our lives.

Shortly after, my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. It was now my mission to catch every moment that we had left together. A lot of these moments stood out to me - Dad and my daughter Laney napping on the couch, family parties, and all the opportunities to capture the memories of my daughter growing up with her Grandpa.

After Dad passed away, I had to figure out a way to find a release from the sadness and pain that came with the loss of someone so important to me in my life. I would escape work early and head out to some of the beautiful places out in the wilderness here in the Pacific Northwest - like trails, waterfalls, etc. My Dad and I spent a lot of time camping and hiking together so it just made sense

Today we could‰n't be more excited to share our latest Photo Save the Date collaboration with photographer Max Wanger. Here at Love vs Design we‰'re huge fans of his work, especially his signature photos with lots of negative space. A few months ago we connected with Max to brainstorm about a way to collaborate, using his unique photos and creating Wedding Save the Dates around them.

After several weeks of designing, we came up with 16 clean, simple yet elegant Photo Save the Dates. Customers can use their own photo in these designs, which are available in 5 x 7 cards with backings and 4 x 6 Postcards.

Max Wanger was born and raised in Los Angeles, Honolulu, Berkeley and the here and there of Tokyo. He currently resides in Echo Park, CA with his lovely wife, Margaux, his 2 cats and dog.

Something special happens when you photograph someone. You see into their soul, and they are vulnerable. I often end up having long-term friendships with many of my clients because of that instant connection.

High-school seniors are at the top of my list of favorite people to shoot; they are vibrant, full of life, and up for anything. I love documenting their final childhood moments, before they step off into the big, wide world and leave their mark on it.

Although every single shoot becomes my favorite, I have decided to spotlight this one for a few reasons. Dianna and her family were beyond prepared.  She came up with many of her own ideas, had all of her props ready to go, borrowed a boat, had her wardrobe lined out, and her hair and makeup were flawless.

We communicated often in the weeks leading up to her shoot in order to get everyone on the same page. I always stress to teenagers that they have to do their part.  No matter how good of a job I do, they have
