North Carolina

Rustic Weddings where do we begin? Hello, I am Troy Compton with Switchback Photography in Anderson, South Carolina. I have to say it is a true joy being a wedding, family and lifestyle photographer here in the Upstate of South Carolina. Being nestled into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and only a short drive from the beaches,  I have been privileged to photograph so many weddings in so many different types of venues, but  there are a couple reasons that this wedding sticks out in my mind as one of my favorites. Because, it was literally two miles from my house, and two, I am a sucker for rustic, Southern Charm.

Maternity photography is as fun as wedding photography. As a wedding photographer, I feel like I'm part of my clients' family when they come back for their maternity, newborn, and family photography. I watch their love and their family grow bigger. It is very exciting and such a blessing to photograph their each milestone. Besides, I feel more bonding with them.

Hey guys, I am Troy Compton, an accidental photographer. Along with my wife, we own  Switchback Photography located in the upstate of South Carolina. We are blessed to work in an amazing part of the country. We are minutes away from the Blue Ridge mountains of western North Carolina and just a few quick hours from the beach. It makes for some of the most breathtaking backdrops to shoot  weddings or portrait photography.

A little about us

Hello. My name is Tanya, my husband Harry and I are wedding photographers based in the gorgeous North Carolina mountains. A part from Wedding photography we are outdoor lovers, avid coffee drinkers and parents to our three ankle biters. We love people and getting to know their stories. We love capturing every part of a wedding day. And not only that, but investing our time and energy creating images that our couples will never forget.

I was in middle school when I found my grandfather's Canon AE-1, and the dream was sparked. From the moment I put film in that camera I was hooked. Since then I worked for a sports photography company all through high school and college. After graduating with a fine arts degree in 2007, I started McSween Photography with my husband Harry. We teamed up to start the company in 2010, and have loved every minute photographing our couples.

Hi!  I'm Melissa Aldrich of Quiet Graces Photography.  I'm a Greenville, SC Newborn and Baby Photographer.  I'm super passionate about encouraging new mamas both with words and with images that showcase the beauty of their little ones.

One day a session changed the course of my life.  I gained a best friend, clarity, and the title of "Auntie M" from the most unexpected place.  Let me tell you a little bit about this session.

Hey everyone, I’m Nhieu (pronounced "new"), lead photographer at Nhieu Tang Photography, a fine art wedding studio based in Charlotte, North Carolina. What I love most about wedding photography is being able to capture real emotions and memories that often go unnoticed - and then putting them together to tell the story of a couple’s special day. The unique and diverse ways in which couples share their love is one of the greatest joys in life - and it’s an honor for me to witness it.

Hi Friends!

I am a natural light, story telling, adventurous wedding photographer based out of North Carolina currently, but I travel wherever needed. Sometimes it feels strange to call what I do a "business" when my photography is an extension of my heart. I have so much fun doing it! Wedding photography has led to many epic experiences like dog sledding on a frozen lake, taking a tiny Cessna across the snowy covered state of New York, sailing to an island, exploring historic cities, hiking mountains and so on!
