Can I return or exchange what I ordered?
Love vs. Design offers a Love It Guarantee. If you don't love your order, we'll reprint your wallpaper or mural for you for free, or you can return your items for a full refund.

We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You can choose the shipping service that is most affordable or convenient for you.

Step: 3 Receive an exchange or refund
You have 60 days from the date of order to request a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned, a refund will be processed within 48 hours. For product exchange, you will receive tracking for the new shipment within 48 hours.
