“Ordered this wallpaper in peel and stick. Told my installer and he said he preferred to work with the pre-pasted paper. When I contacted customer service, they were so accommodating and helpful to me. The representative offered to replace the paper with pre-pasted type with no extra fee. She also gave me free expedited shipping for the new order. Additionally, she told me no need to return the first order. I could keep and do what I wanted with it. She suggested donating to a school or charity since it is a children style paper. That is exactly what I am going to do. Excellent customer service and I will be using this company again.”
