Can I make changes after I receive my PDF Proof?

After you place an order you’ll receive a PDF Proof per email within 3 business days. Want to add some wording, change a color or move a design element? Each purchase comes with 2 free round of changes to make sure the design is exactly how you want it to be. Once you email us your changes, you will receive an updated PDF Proof in 1 business day.

Can you proofread my text?

If we catch a typo, we’ll contact you, but for best results please double check your order to make sure spelling is 100% correct. We’re happy to offer you 2 free rounds of design changes, any additional rounds of changes are $20 per round of designs.

Step 1: Pick your favorite design

From quirky to elegant, we have a design that fits your style. Browse our gallery to find a design you like, then you can begin your customization. All our pricing can be found on each product page

Step 2: Personalize it

Wording

You can have us customize your design to say whatever you'd like by entering your wording in the 'WORDING AND SPECIAL REQUEST' section. Our graphic designers can make small edits to the placement of design elements for free so that your wording fits well with the layout of your favorite design. When placing an order please ensure that the wording is exactly how you want this to appear on your design starting from top to bottom

Colors

When choosing Love vs. Design, you have the option to add your own personal touch by changing the colors of your design, fonts and background for no additional fee. We are also committed to work with you to make sure you find your ideal colors! Click here to select your custom color from the color chart. If you have any color palettes or images that inspire you, please email it to info@lovevsdesign.com and specify this in the 'WORDING AND SPECIAL REQUEST' section. Please be as specific as possible in your color description to make sure our designers understand your request.

Other options to personalize

For an additional fee, you can also customize the font, size and language for any design you choose. Our design team will customize your order and send over a PDF proof within 3 days. We want to get your design right! To ensure that your design, colors, and wording are exactly how you want them to be, we include 2 free rounds of changes with each order.

Step 3: Approve your design

Once you are 100% happy with your design and we have received your approval, we can start the printing process which takes 3 business days. You'll receive an email with the tracking info for your package!

What should I look for when I receive my PDF proof?

We look over our designs very closely before we send them over to you as a proof, but here is a good list of things to double check, just in case of any mistakes:

1. It’s good to double check all names, professional titles, addresses, dates, phone numbers, email/web addresses, spelling and punctuation.
2. Make sure you have included all the information you’ll need on each item of stationary.
3. Check to make sure your proof includes all the stationery items you ordered.
4. Take a look at the overall design and check to make sure you’re happy with the fonts, alignment and spacing.
5. Lastly, check to make sure there are no design elements or motifs missing.

Please keep in mind that once you have approved your PDF proof you are responsible for the design and text elements. Love vs Design will not be held responsible for the cost of reprinting due to the any errors you have approved nor will a refund be issued.
